DJ Raj Entertainment & Event Lighting was the perfect fit for our fabulous day. We needed a DJ / MC that was flexible, versatile and able to accommodate our two-day Bengali-Puerto Rican celebration; Raj, Akash, Amlan and Nayan exceeded our expectations on every account. First, the music was fantastic. DJ Raj came through with exactly what we needed: a DJ that could seamlessly integrate music from our different cultures and keep the dance party going. From bhangra to reggaeton to hip-hop to salsa, Raj, Akash and Amlan kept our family and friends, from all walks of life, dancing for two consecutive nights. Our guests were blown away by the fusion and the energy.
Second, the lighting and the setup was beautiful. Many of our family and friends remarked how beautiful the ambiance was during dinner and how professional the lighting was during the dancing. The custom monogram, made using our own personalized design, was the icing on the cake.
Finally, the service was professional and exceptionally accommodating. Raj met and spoke with us for months leading up to the wedding, took the time to understand our musical tastes and customized both nights to our unique wishes. He worked comfortably with all our vendors – the catering hall manager, our officiate, dancers, live musicians – to ensure all our sound needs were smooth and that our wedding was the best party of our lives.
