I hired DJ Raj and team for my wedding events, and am convinced they are the BEST of the best! Level of service they provide is lightyears beyond any ordinary DJ. You can trust them with your vision and word-they take you seriously from day 1. Raj and his crew are so pleasant and easy to work with, they really listen to you and make everything you want come into fruition.
But the most value I found from the DJ Raj team is level of creativity and commitment delivered to us. Creating multiple “wow” factors throughout my events was important to me, and Raj delivers!! He brought ideas to the table that I’d have never dreamed up (live violinist and dj mixing and laser light show!). He understands entertainment, event planning, and crowd types – and is a true professional.
Services in my contract included:
Sangeet night: DJ Amlan was amazing! I asked for old school hindi music, the crowd loved him.
Baraat: No question that DJ Raj’s crew does the best baraats. They get even the most quiet crowd going, the dholi is energetic, and Raj ties it all together by calling up and involving all the right people without any prior direction.
Wedding Ceremony: the team coordinated sound and announcements, and worked really well with the live singers.
Live Violinist (and DJ mixing) at cocktail hour: HUGE highlight!! DJ Raj has amazing contacts and easily hired this celebrity artist with only a few months to go until the wedding. Easily one of my favorite aspects!
Laser Light Show: they helped us pick a grand entrance song, had their laser tech program a 5 minute show set to the music, and let us revise/tweak it however we wanted. Definitely another big crowd pleaser.
DJ and MC services for Reception (DJ Smith and MC Raj): along the way, helped by suggesting entrance/cake cutting/etc. songs; ran the night incredibly smoothly as always, and really gave us an amazing party.
Our guests cannot stop raving, and neither can we!!

DJ, MC, Dhol player, lighting tech., one assistant, premium sound system, sound system for cocktail hour, 36 color kinetics LEDs for up lighting, laser light show, 30 pin spots for centerpieces, 2 Martin 250 Entour moving heads on vertical trusses providing different lighting effects through out the evening, and custom monogram.
